Feldman & Schneiderman has experience in all facets of real estate law and Joel H. Feldman has been named to Martindale-Hubbell's Preeminent Attorneys list in the field of real estate in Florida. The firm has over 20 years experience in reviewing and revising contracts for the sale and purchase of both residential and commercial properties throughout the State of Florida, including single-family homes, condominiums, time shares and cooperatives (co-ops). The firm has represented real estate developers, has drafted and negotiated shopping center leases and has prepared homeowner association and condominium documents for developers of such projects.

The firm also employs Merideth Watson, a certified legal assistant, to assist clients in completing closing and in preparation of title insurance commitments and policies. Ms. Watson assists the firm's attorneys in the preparation of deeds, mortgages and mortgage notes, closing statements and in reviewing such critical items as surveys and title exceptions. She also assists the attorneys in the creation of leases and in pursuing litigation alternatives for violation of leases, including tenant evictions.

The firm also has access to real estate brokers who can help us list properties for sale and find properties suitable for purchase. We know mortgage brokers who can recommend different types of mortgages available to the firm's clients - for obtaining mortgages to for refinancing existing mortgages. Since Feldman & Schneiderman desires a long relationship with its clients, the firm also is able to help buyers and sellers by making recommendations of contractors, roofers, plumbers, electricians and the like who are qualified to effect necessary or desired repairs.
