Joel Feldman and Audrey Schneiderman utilize all aspects of their educational backgrounds, such as business administration, philosophy, sociology, and psychology to run their law practice effectively. 

The emphasis at Feldman & Schneiderman is how many of our clients are well-served, not how many cases go to trial each year. Serving our clients means making sure that they have a clear understanding of the legal issues that will be confronted along the way. This way, the client and attorney together are able to weigh all  of the risks, the costs, and the likely outcome. The firm does not push for litigation when a settlement can be achieved, but it will not settle a case if settlement will provide an unfair result to its clients. 

Feldman & Schneiderman solicits client input. While the firm likely will know more about the law, client opinions matter, and the firm is committed to giving each client the attention he or she deserves. The firm does not measure winning and losing solely on trial results. It measures winning and losing on such additional factors as cost to the client, stress on the client, future ramifications to the client and client satisfaction.
